• The ingrained "where there is a will there's a way" mentality, that his parents instilled in him since childhood when he dismantled and reassembled the family snowblower in 4th grade

In addition to his consulting work, he has:

• Successfully built and scaled an insurance agency, earning multiple accolades in just three years

• Contributed to the construction, wiring, and plumbing his family home at the age of 11

• Built his first computer at 18, marking the beginning of a lifelong passion for technology

Personal

When not designing or developing residential building automation systems, Richard can be found traveling or enjoying his home entertainment system. He lives in Northeast Ohio with beautiful wife and 2 wonderful kids.
